Welcome to FocusDrop. These Terms of Use ("Terms") cover your use of the FocusDrop apps for iPhone and Apple Watch (and FocusDrop for Mac, once it's released), Apple Watch and Mac ("FocusDrop," "the app," "we," "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. We've kept them as plain and human as we can while still being clear about how things work.
Using FocusDrop
FocusDrop is a productivity app designed to help adults with ADHD focus, build habits, and get things done. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own personal use, in line with these Terms and the App Store's rules.
Health disclaimer — please read
FocusDrop is a productivity tool, not a medical device or treatment. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent ADHD or any other medical or psychological condition.
FocusDrop is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you have about a medical condition, and never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something in this app.
FocusDrop Pro & pricing
FocusDrop is free to download, and the free tier is meant to be genuinely usable: up to 7 tasks in your deck and 5 completed focus sessions per day, along with streaks, XP and levels. Those limits are the same on every device, and with iCloud sync on your devices share one deck and one daily count.
FocusDrop Pro is tied to your Apple Account, so buying it on your iPhone also covers the sessions you start from your Apple Watch. It's a universal purchase: once FocusDrop for Mac is released, the same Pro will unlock it there too. It's one purchase for all three apps: buying it on your Mac unlocks it on the others, and you can restore it on the Mac from Settings → Pro.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may vary by region and over time. The current price is always displayed in the app before you confirm a purchase.
Billing, renewal, and cancellation
All purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store and your Apple Account. We never see or process your payment information.
- Auto-renewal: The Monthly and Yearly plans are auto-renewable subscriptions. They renew automatically at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Managing or cancelling: You can manage or cancel anytime. On your iPhone, go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. On a Mac, open the App Store, click your name at the bottom of the sidebar, click your name again, then click Subscriptions.
- Free trial: The Yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. If you start a trial and then purchase a subscription, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited.
- Lifetime: The Lifetime option is a one-time, non-consumable purchase. It does not auto-renew.
- Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple under their policies, since Apple processes all payments.
Your content and data
Anything you create in FocusDrop — tasks, habits, focus sessions, notes, and stats — is stored on your device, and syncs through your own private iCloud if you're signed in. We don't host it, and we don't have access to it. For the full picture, see our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Please use FocusDrop lawfully and as intended. You agree not to reverse-engineer, copy, resell, or tamper with the app, or use it in any way that violates applicable law or the App Store's terms.

FocusDrop is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't promise the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet every need.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FocusDrop and its founder will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app, if any.
Apple as third-party beneficiary
These Terms are between you and FocusDrop, not Apple. Apple has no responsibility for the app or its content. However, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Your use of the app must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
Governing law

Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be reflected here, and your continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
