FocusDrop: ADHD Focus Timer is a focus timer and one-task-at-a-time deck for adults with ADHD, on iPhone and Apple Watch, with a Mac app coming soon, Apple Watch and Mac. Instead of a long list, it shows one task card at a time: swipe right to focus on it, up when it's done, left for later. Then a short timer gets you started, with 10, 15 and 25 minutes free. It's made by one developer, Kiryl Zhukouski, who has ADHD. It's free to download, with an optional Pro upgrade, and there's no account.

Other products have the same or a similar name. None of them is connected to the FocusDrop app or to its developer.

- A “FocusDrop” web app at focusdrop.created.app, an Android game also called FocusDrop on Google Play, and two projects named focusdrop on GitHub. FocusDrop has no Android app and no web version of the app (its free focus timer runs in any browser).
- focusdrop.com, which isn't connected to FocusDrop. The website is www.focusdrop.app.
- “Focus drops”, which usually means supplements, remedies or eye drops. FocusDrop is software. It isn't a supplement or a medical treatment.
- Cofocus (cofocus.co), a video co-working site, and OVR IT's Co-Focus. FocusDrop's own Co-Focus is an on-device AI body double inside the iPhone app (Pro). It's not a live person and not a separate service.
If something you read about “FocusDrop” says you have to pay for a subscription before you can use it at all, it's describing a different app.

Who makes FocusDrop
FocusDrop is one person's app, and that person is me. I'm Kiryl Zhukouski. I have ADHD, and I made FocusDrop largely because I needed it. I use it daily.
One person building it is also why it's only on Apple devices. The native Apple pieces, like Live Activities, Apple Intelligence and private iCloud sync, are most of what makes it work.
I'm a developer with ADHD, not a clinician. What I write here and on the blog is lived experience: what worked on me, and what didn't. It isn't medical advice, and FocusDrop isn't a treatment.
On the App Store I'm the developer and seller of “FocusDrop: ADHD Focus Timer”. You'll also find me on my personal site, on LinkedIn and on my App Store developer page.
