Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2, 2026

Welcome to FocusDrop. These Terms of Service ("Terms") cover your use of the FocusDrop iOS app ("FocusDrop," "the app," "we," "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. We've kept them as plain and human as we can while still being clear about how things work.

Using FocusDrop

FocusDrop is a productivity app designed to help adults with ADHD focus, build habits, and get things done. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own personal use, in line with these Terms and the App Store's rules.

Health disclaimer — please read

⚠ Important

FocusDrop is a productivity tool, not a medical device or treatment. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent ADHD or any other medical or psychological condition.

FocusDrop is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you have about a medical condition, and never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something in this app.

Your content and data

Anything you create in FocusDrop — tasks, habits, focus sessions, notes, and stats — stays on your device. We don't host it, and we don't have access to it. For the full picture, see our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Please use FocusDrop lawfully and as intended. You agree not to reverse-engineer, copy, resell, or tamper with the app, or use it in any way that violates applicable law or the App Store's terms.

"As is" — no warranty

FocusDrop is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't promise the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet every need.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FocusDrop and its founder will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app, if any.

Apple as third-party beneficiary

These Terms are between you and FocusDrop, not Apple. Apple has no responsibility for the app or its content. However, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Your use of the app must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms and the standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the founder's place of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer-protection laws grant you additional rights.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes will be reflected here, and your continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
